All services are performed by trained crew members using appropriate equipment and materials. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our scope of work, poses a safety concern, or cannot be completed to our quality standards.
Estimates provided by Supreme Pueblo West Insulation are based on information gathered during an on-site assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are not guarantees of final pricing. The final price may change if:
Any changes to the scope or price will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed. We will not proceed with unanticipated work without your approval.
Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, crew availability, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
For spray foam projects requiring the customer to vacate the premises during installation, please confirm your availability to do so before the scheduled date. If the premises cannot be vacated as required, work may be rescheduled.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. In general:
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Supreme Pueblo West Insulation reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through available legal channels.

Supreme Pueblo West Insulation warrants that workmanship will meet professional standards for the type of insulation installed. Any workmanship warranty provided will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement.
Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Supreme Pueblo West Insulation does not extend any additional warranty on materials beyond what the manufacturer provides.
We do not warrant specific outcomes such as a particular reduction in energy bills or achievement of a specific indoor temperature. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including the age and condition of the home, HVAC system performance, window and door sealing, and homeowner habits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Pueblo West Insulation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or from the use of this website, including but not limited to loss of savings, loss of income, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid to us for those specific services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
